UPDATE: Bridges Our Story Project
BRIDGES OUR STORY PROJECT – to share the Bridges story/history and to help connect the community with us for the 5th year anniversary celebration:
Our Story Project Meeting – Monday, June 7th at 5 pm

The first place middle and high school winners were awarded certificates and $100 Barnes and Noble gift cards at May 25th Marion County School Board Meeting.
The middle school winner was Kendall Carpenter, a member of Mrs. Pamela Earnest’s 6th grade class at Howard Middle School.
Adrianna Arias, a senior in Mrs. Shepherd’s Leadership class at Belleview High School, won first place in the high school category. She read an excerpt from her essay. Kendall Carpenter then lead everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Representing Bridges were Bert Perkins, Patricia Keith, and Peggy Hostetler.

2. Allyson Katalinas – Lake Weir grade 9 – teacher John Gibbs [certificate and $50 B&N gift card]
3. Isaiah Ross – Lake Weir grade 9 – teacher John Gibbs [certificate and $25 B&N gift card]
